Our pricing is simple, transparent, and more affordable than others in the area. We don't have hidden fees, renewal fees, up charges or cancellation fees.
Short term residential homes-

$500 set up fee that covers furniture package creation, furniture building/set up, and expert photos/listing creation

Long term residential homes- We only charge 10% of rental income. No hidden fees, ever

You always know who you are getting when you call us. We are a small family business- that means whether is 3 am or a holiday, we are always going to answer. No more phone trees and robo answering machines, you get a real person (Torin or Cassady) every time. This means that you always get the answers you need, but more importantly, so do your tenants/guests. This means happy clients every time.
Local
We live local which means we are willing and able to go check on your home day or night. Most companies run their business from another state or even another country! Not us- If a toilet overflows in the middle of the night, or a guest has a special request, or you need the air filters changed quarterly, we are here to help because we actually live here.
We provide quarterly inspections of every home as well as as needed maintenance visits.

We are good at what we do. With 5 years experience with property management and a 5 star rating and Superhost status on Airbnb, we have seen and done it all. We understand that choosing a property manager can be difficult because you want your home well taken care of. This is what we excel at- keeping your home well maintained while keeping guests happy. We only use the best, qualified, and insured vendors for our maintenance because we know understand quality and price both matter and we screen all tenants prior to leasing. Just Like Home Rentals is a Nashville local, family owned and operated small business. We are started with taking homes that didn't sell and turning them into Airbnbs. Over the last 5 years, we have turned a small hobby into a large property management and real estate business. We do all types of homes from Airbnb short terms to long term lease.
